Mit viel Geld kann man doch wohl alles regeln...

Wenn Frederiksen der Meinung ist, dass man Kinder vor dem physischen Verlust und den Schmerzen bewahren sollte, sie aber neuerdings der Meinung ist, dass man das Juden auf Grund eines ominösen "Versprechens" (wer hat das wann und wo abgegeben, und warum soll das für die heutigen Dänen bindend sein - da schweigt sie sich aus) erlauben müsse, dann müsste sie ein Gesetz machen, was diese GM nur jüdischen Eltern erlaubt. Das wäre zwar krass gegen das Gleichheitsprinzip - aber dann wären immerhin noch ca. 99,9% der Jungen in Dänemark genauso geschützt wie Mädchen.

Es wäre zwar immer noch nicht gerecht, aber es wäre eine erhebliche Schadensminimierung.

Allerdings würden dann Muslime, Aleviten usw. vorm Verfassungsgericht wegen ihrer Diskriminierung klagen, logischerweise.

Alle Jungen und alle Mädchen haben ein Recht darauf, vor Genitalverstümmelung geschützt zu werden.
