    Angeblich bestand dieser Zustand aber schon seit drei Jahren.
    Man muss wohl unterscheiden zwischen dem häufigen low-flow- und dem selteneren high-flow-Typ. Die fibröse Umwandlung geschieht wohl beim low-flow.
    Es handelt sich ja auch um eine schmerzlose Erektion, im Ggs. zu dem, was Wiki schreibt.

    Ich schätze, da wurde das Frenulum mit entfernt und die Hauptvene durch die Naht verengt, die da meines Wissens nach in der Nähe entlanggeht, sodass das Blut dort aufgestaut ist, und nur langsam abfließen kann...
