Widerliches Geschacher um die körperliche Unversehrtheit eines Kindes.
Wie können Erwachsene überhaupt einen Vertrag schließen über die Verstümmelung eines Kindes? Ist doch total sittenwidrig.
Und wozu? Wenn sich beide einig sind, dann lassen sie es machen. Offenbar war es aber einer Seite wichtiger als der anderen. Von daher fragt sich, ob eine Gegenleistung vereinbart war. Ohne gegenseitiges Geben und Nehmen macht man eigentlich keinen Vertrag.

-The case has received widespread media attention, spurned on by protests from ‘intactivists’ who oppose circumcision of healthy children

(PLANTATION, FL) – The controversial circumcision of four-and-a-half-year-old Chase Hironimus at the center of a national debate has been scheduled for Tuesday, February 24, 2015. Protesters have begun a campaign targeting Dr. Subhash Puranik – the would-be surgeon – and are due to demonstrate outside of his Plantation, FL office. Dr. Puranik previously examined the boy and agreed he didn’t need a circumcision. The case has been covered by hundreds of media outlets and was featured on a recent segment of The Doctors TV show.

“I am protesting because I believe that Chase, as well as all boys, should have the right to make this decision for themselves,” says Jenn Cote of Pembroke Pines, FL. Cote is co-director of South Florida Intactivists Unite and organizer of the protest. Her group has been organizing protests in support of Chase and his mother since May 2014.

“Any doctor who can knowingly violate a child’s body by performing non-therapeutic surgery is a quack and deserves to lose his license,” says protestor Colleen Cochran of Stuart, FL. “Dr. Puranik has obviously lost sight of the most important tenet of medicine: First, do no harm.”

The battle over the boy’s foreskin has been going on for years. When the boy was one year old, the boy’s separated parents signed a parenting agreement which included a clause that the boy’s father would schedule the circumcision and pay for the procedure should he need to be circumcised. Because the boy was healthy and had no medical reason to be circumcised, the mother assumed the matter was dropped. As she learned more about the harms of circumcision and the sexual and health benefits of having a foreskin, the mother was relieved that they had not circumcised her son earlier. Once the father learned of the mother's position against medically-unnecessary circumcision, when the boy was 3 years old, he picked up the circumcision issue again to spite the mother.

The father took the boy to pediatric urologist Dr. Charles Flack in Boynton Beach, FL, who after examining him said the boy was healthy and didn’t need a circumcision. Dr. Flack testified to the Florida court that he wouldn’t have his own son circumcised in a similar situation because of the risks of anesthesia.

“If he’s not having any problems, I wouldn’t want to bear that burden if, God forbid, something happened,” said Dr. Flack, according to court records. Dr. Flack was the target of a protest in January 2015 but told protest organizer Jonathan Friedman by phone that he would not perform the surgery even with a court order since the mother doesn’t consent.

Despite Flack's expert testimony, Judge Jeffrey Gillen ruled in the father’s favor in May 2014, giving permission for the circumcision to be scheduled. The mother went through months of court proceedings to try and stop the circumcision, but in November 2014 the appeals court issued a PCA affirming the lower court's decision, a legal dead end after they later refused to convert the PCA to a written opinion.

Even though the parental contract requires a special visitation to be scheduled – the father is supposed to have custody of his son for 2 days before and 12 days following the procedure – the father appears to be subverting the process by having scheduled the surgery without clearing it with the court and the boy’s mother.

Last week's pre-op appointment on Wednesday, February 18, 2015 was scheduled without Hironimus' knowledge, a violation of the existing parenting agreement. Hironimus's attorney immediately filed an emergency motion for contempt and injunctive relief, but the court denied the emergency status and set the next court date for March 6, 2015.

South Florida Intactivists Unite held a peaceful protest on Monday, February 23, 2014 from 10am-2pm adjacent to Dr. Puranik's office, Pediatric Surgeons, 300 NW 70th Ave., Plantation, FL. They are also planning a protest on Tuesday, February 24, 2015 at the location where the circumcision would take place, which is as yet unknown to protesters.

Zur Sprache kommt, dass die Feministische Front auffällig schweigsam ist, anstatt das Recht der Mutter zu verteidigen.
Das interpretiert er so, dass es für die Feministische Front wichtiger ist, ein Mitglied des zu bekämpfenden Geschlechtes per Genital-Reduktion unterdrückt zu sehen,
als für die Mutter einzutreten, die stattdessen eher als eine Verräterin für die Feministische Sache betrachtet wird, indem sie politisch unkorrekt (gegen Gesetz, Gesellschaft, Feminismus) handelt,
und die Unverfrorenheit an den Tag legt, ein Mitglied des Männlichen Geschlechtes der politisch korrekten und gewollten Unterdrückung zu entziehen.

Wäre er es nicht, würde er das sofort mitteilen, um seine Unabhängigkeit unter Beweis zu stellen.

Es ist schon interessant zu sehen, dass israelische Zeitungen mehr Verständnis für die Position der Mutter aufbringen als US-amerikanische. In letzteren wird ja z.T. übelst auf der Mutter herumgehackt.

Die eine Mutter kommt ins Gefängnis, wenn sie ihr Kind nicht verstümmeln lässt, die andere kommt ins Gefängnis (für ein Jahr) weil sie es verstümmeln lässt. Beide Kinder sind vier Jahre alt:

Oh nein. Davon würde ich nicht ausgehen. Im Boldt-Fall hat sich auch kein Elternteil versteckt oder sich sonst irgendwie "in contempt of court" verhalten.
