Wie soll das gehen? Wie definieren die "Western states"? Ist das nur die USA (ca 330 Mio), wo die Rate gerade mal über 50% liegt? Oder zählt auch Europa (746 Mio) dazu, wo die Rate wesentlich niedriger ist?

Der Kommentar von "Bryan" geht auf die abgelaufene AAP-Empfehlung und die Rückzieher von Diekema und Freedman ein.

Leider kaum anzunehmen, dass es in "God's own Country" so schnell ein Licht am Ende des Tunnels geben könnte.
