USA: FGM Typ Ia kommt vor Gericht

Fünf Jahre sind die Taten nun her.

Es ist wieder ein 3/4 Jahr vergangen - und man hört nichts mehr von dem Fall.

Ist ja auch für viele in den USA ziemlich unangenehm, wegen des naheliegenden Vergleichs mit BGM.

Es scheint als wolle man das bis zum St. Nimmerleinstag vor sich herschieben. "Bloß keine schlafenden Hunde wecken!"

Nagarwala war sechs Monate in U-Haft und wurde dann auf Zahlung einer Rekord-Kaution freigelassen.

Vermutlich hat der "District Court for Eastern Michigan" es auch überhaupt nicht eilig, die 4,5 Millionen wieder rauszurücken, was nach einem Urteil ja fällig wäre. "Je länger, je lieber!"

Der Fall Jumana Nagarwala ist offensichtlich beerdigt worden. Nagarwala ist sauber dabei herausgekommen.

Sie beziehungsweise ihre Sponsoren haben die 4,5 Mio $ Kaution zurückerhalten, für die Zeit der Untersuchungshaft wird sie sicherlich Haftentschädigung erhalten.

Und nun kann sie weiter schnippeln. (Vielleicht auch an Jungen?)
Im Land der maximalen Religions(narren)freiheit können die Bohras endlich ihre religiösen "Praktiken" an Mädchen- wie Jungengenitalien ungestört ausleben.

Ein jüdischer "Dream-Team"-Verteidiger und ein Richter mit "starken jüdischen Werten" - und der Fall war abgewürgt. Denn die Verteidigung war ja, dass Nagarwala mit Mädchen auch nichts schlimmeres macht, als in den USA mit Jungen millionenfach praktiziert wird.
Die Aktivistinnen, die sich einseitig gegen GGM einsetzen und BGM als "ganz was anderes" darstellen sind einfach dumm.

Ich muss mich korrigieren!

Nach dem von Donald Trump veranlassten "STOP FGM Act of 2020" gibt es zwei Arten von Vorhäuten:

1. Die große, böse, unhygienische, gefährliche, unästhetische und völlig überflüssige Jungen-Vorhaut deren Zerstörung ein natürliches Elternrecht und ein wichtiger Teil der Religionsfreiheit ist.
2. Die winzigkleine, hochheilige, hochwichtige, hübsche, sehr nützliche Mädchen-Vorhaut deren Entfernung eine VERSTÜMMELUNG und ein schweres Verbrechen ist und auch nicht durch religiöse Vorschriften gerechtfertigt werden kann.

Nicht notwendig zu sagen, dass Donald Trumps jüdischem Enkelsohn die Vorhaut abgeschnitten wurde und Trump selbst seinem Geburtsjahrgang nach mit größter Wahrscheinlichkeit auch als Baby seiner Vorhaut beraubt wurde.

Geschlechtliche (und gleichzeitig religiöse (Juden und Muslime vs. Bohra)) Diskriminierung in Reinform. Wo es sonst doch bei der geringsten Diskriminierung in den USA ein Erdbeben an Protest gibt.

Also wenn Nagarwala jetzt weiter Mädchen-Vorhäute beschneidet, droht ihr bis zu 10 Jahre Knast. Während tausende Jungen-Vorhautabschneider in den USA sich ganz legal weiter dumm und dusselig verdienen.

These doctors stress that circumcision in early childhood, when the organ is not fully developed, carries non-trivial risk. Recent data from California show that 1 in every 100 newborn circumcisions results in late-occurring complications, most of which require surgical repair.

Increasingly, scholars and advocates criticise what they see as biased or selective expressions of concern for children's bodily integrity.

Nagarwalas Lizenz als Ärztin wurde nie widerrufen. Schließlich hat sie ja auch "nur" getan, wie mit hunderttausenden Jungen in den USA widerfahren wird. Und das will man ja nicht in Frage stellen, gelle?
