In the more reasoning part of the Law Council's referral, examples are given of actions that may cause a community to lose its state subsidy after 1 January 2023, when the law is expected to enter into force.
Mention is made here of things that can be perceived as violations against children, "even if it is a question of actions that have a direct connection with the religious doctrine of the religious community". This also includes "conversion attempts by young LGBTQI people". Circumcision of boys is excluded, however.

Das ist ein Widerspruch in sich. Der Satz schießt sich selbst in den Fuß.
Aber genauso ist es. Ständig werden doch die Nachteile der Frauen diskutiert und überall gibt es Gleichstellungsbeauftrage. Was bringt mir als Mann mehr Verdienst, höhere Chancen in anderen Bereichen oder was auch immer, wenn ich nicht mal das Recht auf eine natürliche Sexualität habe?
