    Allerdings sollte man nicht einerseits von "Formen von Genitalverstümmelung an Mädchen" und andererseits von "Vorhautamputationen" sprechen - als ob letzteres, ohne Einwilligung des zustimmungsfähigen Betroffenen keine Genitalverstümmelung wäre. Und zudem wird nicht nur die Vorhaut, sondern auch das noch viel sensiblere Frenulum meistens beschädigt oder amputiert.
