Zimbabwe is one of the 14 priority countries identified by the WHO for
large scale male circumcision. The WHO says that this preventive
strategy is an excellent model to both save costs by averting new HIV
infections and reducing the number of people needing HIV treatment and
care.

There is a wrong message out there that circumcision makes one immune to hiv infection.....
This is what happens when fools believe that all you got to do is be circumcised and you will not catch HIV.
