    Muss wohl heißen »[..] more likely to get infection than [..]«, oder? Sonst ergibt die Gegenüberstellung mit »than their uncircumcised counterparts« keinen Sinn. Grammatisch könnte hier auch “less likely« stehen, ich nehme aber nicht an, dass das gemeint ist.
