"Beschneidung" macht kaum einen Unterschied

  • Sexual function (max points 36):
Circumcised : 2.1 points lower than uncut
    (Alsibiani & Rouzi, 2010)
    Sexual function (max points 280):
    Circumcised : 17.5 points lower
    (Osinowo & Taiwo, 2003)
    Sexual problems:
    Circumcised : 69,5%
    Uncircumcised : 63.7%
    (Elnashar et al, 2007)

Ach so, hier geht es um "beschnittene" Frauen.
Also hier wie dort derselbe Stuss. Man befragt, und für die meisten ist alles bestens. Vergleichsmöglichkeiten hat man/frau ja nicht.

In dem Artikel sind fast dieselben dämlichen Phrasen wie bei den MGM-Promotern.

    Zitat

An overview of qualitative and quantitative academic studies investigating into FGC and
sexuality renders a picture of the situation: it seems that differences in sexual function
between cut and uncut women are small or non-existent – in contrast to the public view,
holding the belief that female circumcision is detrimental to the ability to enjoy sex.

Indeed, as the history of female circumcision suggests, if male circumcision
were confined to developing nations, it would by now have emerged as an in-
ternational cause celebre, stirring passionate opposition from feminists, physicians, politicians, and the global human rights community. If routine medical
circumcision didn't exist today, no one would dare to invent it.
