Es wird nicht sichergestellt, dass beide sorgeberechtigten Eltern zustimmen (wird aber in Deutschland auch immer wieder nicht)
Tragikomisch:
A report states: “There was no evidence of social services involvement for any of the records we checked where only one parent had been present. This meant the practice could not be assured the needs and safety of the infant had been fully considered.”
Dabei geht es überhaupt nicht um die Sicherheit des Kindes, sondern um den möglicherweise übergangenen Elternteil!
The disinfectant was labelled “Not suitable for babies under 9 months old”, and “Never use on broken skin”.
Inspectors also found problems with the recorded use of Lidocaine, which was given to the infants as an anaesthesia prior to carrying out the procedure. In Deutschland alles eh nicht nötig. Da hat man ja einfach an "Religionsgesellschaften" delegiert. Und die stehen z.T auf dem Standpunkt:
[Das Baby] erhält nicht einmal eine örtliche Narkose, denn den Bund mit Gott muss man sozusagen bei vollem Bewusstsein vollziehen. Natürlich schreit das Baby, natürlich tut ihm der Eingriff weh.
It mentioned a patient giving consent, but it did not mention the need for two parents to give their consent. This is required under UK law and British Medical Association guidance. There was no guidance regarding what action to take if only one parent was present, if two parents disagreed about providing their consent for the procedure to be carried out, or if someone other than the parent attended.
Wird in Deutschland auch nicht kontrolliert. Oder der "Hauptbetreuungsperson" (der Mutter) wird die Entscheidung allein zugesprochen. Aber wenn Mutti gegen die Verstümmelung ist und das alleinige Sorgerecht hat nützt ihr auch nichts, wenn der Vater einfach macht. Und das OLG Frankfurt maßt sich sich dann noch an zu befinden, dass die Vorhaut für die Sexualität des Mannes "im Allgemeinen" eh keine Rolle spiele.
Oder wenn die Mutter die Genitalverstümmelung will, der sorgeberechtigte Vater aber nicht, wird dem Vater einfach gerichtlich das Sorgerecht entzogen. Geht nicht? Geht nicht gibt's nicht in Deutschland!
