At eight o ́clock in the morning, the baby died as a result of hypovolemic shock caused by the hemorrhage.

The Court of first instance first remanded in custody the person who performed the circumcision, then convicted both this individual and the parents for a crime of negligent homicide of Article 142 of the criminal code, sentencing them to a term of eighteen months.
