    Das folgt aus dem Recht auf sexuelle Selbstbestimmung. Muss möglich sein, selbstbestimmt, für Männer wie für Frauen. Ab 18.
    Bloß, bei Frauen ist es rechtlich jetzt genau anders herum. Da bedeutet religiöse Motivation keine Legitimierung, sondern Strafbarkeit.
    Religiös- oder traditionsmotivierte Frauen werden somit für unzurechnungsfähig erklärt. Da zählt dann die "Religionsfreiheit" auch nicht mehr für Erwachsene.
    Das Zauberwort heißt dann "ästhetisch".

    Ja, wo kämen wir denn auch hin, wenn die Jungen von heute das später selbst entscheiden könnten (so, wie Barley das ja Frauen garantiert)?
    Die würden sich wohlmöglich dagegen entscheiden und dann würde doch gewiss der Himmel einstürzen und Feuer und Schwefel auf uns alle herabkommen, oder wie meinen, Frau Barley?

    Was erwartet sich Barley eigentlich davon, wenn schon kleinen Jungen demonstriert wird, dass Gewalt gegen die Genitalien einer wehrlosen Person ganz OK ist und das niemand dieser Person Schutz gibt?

    Man kann es auch so zusammenfassen:

    Religion ist schlecht, wenn zum Nachteil von Mädchen/Frauen ist (Beschneidung, Züchtigung von Ehefrauen, "das Weib sei dem Manne untertan")
    Wenn es zum Nachteil von Jungen/Männern ist, dann ist's Religionsfreiheit.

    So ist das mit der Geschlechtergerechtigkeit bei unserer Justizministerin.
