    Ich hasse sie, ich hasse sie ich hasse sie!

    Ich hatte hier mir viel Mühe gemacht mit einem Text über Entwicklungen im Ausland, getippt, kopiert, verlinkt, getippt, kopiert, verlinkt....
    Dann klicke ich auf "Absenden" - und was passiert?


    "ihre Sitzung ist abgelaufen. Bitte schicken sie das Formular noch mal ab"

    Das ist der blanke Hohn. Der mühsam editierte Text ist WEG. Da ist nichts mehr zum abschicken. Einfach weg. Zurücktaste im Browser - nützt nichts. Ctrl-Z - nützt nichts. Weg, weg, weg.

    Das ist doch einfach Scheiße. :cursing: So macht das keinen Spaß. Da muss was passieren! Das MUSS besser gehen.

    Komisch, bei mir speichert das Forum immer in der Zwischenablage. Geh doch noch mal neu rein und klick auf "antworten". Bei mir ist der Text dann wieder da

    Dann hattest du vermutlich nicht die Meldung "ihre Sitzung ist abgelaufen"- ich garantiere dir, dann ist tote Hose. Das Textfeld ist so leer wie der Fressnapf einer Katze wenn es ein Leckerli gab.

    Ich weiß überhaupt nicht wozu diese "Sitzungen" gut sein sollen. Und warum sie überhaupt ablaufen. Ich war ja nicht ausgeloggt - und bin immer noch eingeloggt.

    Ich hab das Forum so eingestellt das ich immer angemeldet bin, da läuft keine Sitzung ab. Vielleicht liegt es ja daran

    Ich habe den Text per http(s) an den Host gesendet. In dem Moment stand der Text im Textfeld des Browsers, byte für byte. Der WebServerauf dem Host, vermtl. Apache, hat ihn weitergereicht an die Forumssoftware.
    Und die hat ihn weggeschmissen, obwohl sie ja wusste, dass ich User "Selbstbestimmung" bin.
    Da ist einfach ein schwachsinniges Verhalten. Die Forumssoftware hat als http-Antwort eine Seite zurückschickt, die den Text nicht mehr enthielt. Der Firefox hat daraufhin gedacht - "aha, das ist der neue Text der alten Seite" - und hat meinen Text aus seinem Cache gelöscht.
    So war auch von Browser-Seite her nichts mehr zu retten. Jedenfalls nicht ohne aufwändigste Forensik, die sich in einem solchen Fall einfach nicht lohnt.
    Das ist aber ein prinzipielles Problem, das muss gelöst werden.

    Unter "Session" würde ich normalerweise die Zeit vom Login bis zum Logout verstehen. Hier ist aber anscheinend mit "Session" etwas anderes gemeint?

    Es wäre doch nun wirklich keine große Tat für die Entwickler, zusätzlich zu der unverständlichen Meldung

    einfach den eingegangen Text zurückzusenden - dann hätte man ihn, könnte ihn in einen Editor kopieren, auf Platte speichern oder aufs Spiegelei braten...
