Zitat

The child's body does not belong to parents. We must thus very explicitly condemn FGM. And begin to open a debate on circumcision, as requested by the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe. I am a Jew, I know this is very controversial to say. But circumcision is changing the sex of a child in the name of our beliefs. Parents have the right to raise their children in their religious beliefs. But the child has the right to choose his religion.
In the meantime we should mark in his body?" - Jean-Pierre Rosenczveig (famous french magistrate now retired)
