"Parents in Kisumu county have been advised to take their children for the Voluntary Medical Male Circumcision to help fight HIV infections.
Ochieng said circumcision does not prevent HIV and asked those who have undergone the cut to protect themselves. "Being circumcised is not a certificate for having unprotected sex," he said."
