It is plain to see that these remarks are void of compassion- that we are trivializing the victims’ experience and feelings. We are trivializing the victims experiences and feelings. We are blaming them for bringing attention to their violation.
I acknowledge your feelings- they are just. I say that you exude incredible patience when you are able to speak to inform others with facts and information, and that you choose to endure more abuse in the hopes of sparing another male.
