Looking for a doctor in Germany (or anywhere in Europe) who performs foreskin preserving surgeries (preputioplasty)

Hello, I'm trying to find a doctor who does minimally invasive, foreskin preserving surgeries like triple incision, Z-plasty etc. I'm willing to travel anywhere inside Europe. I'm 37 years old and I've slowly developed phimosis over the last 2 years because of recurring inflammation. My life has been ruined by this condition and I haven't been able to have sex or masturbate for several months because it keeps getting worse and worse. I'd be very grateful if someone could recommend me a doctor or a clinic who specialize in these kind of operations.
