In this respect, the adoption of the Resolution on Children's Right to Bodily Integrity (2013) at the Council of Europe can be seen as a catalysing factor for the need for joint action. This paper adopts a comparative perspective in order to analyse the extent to which alliances between intersex activists, anti-FGC activists and intactivist activists have been formed in the United Kingdom and Germany.
