Was da wohl der Zentralrat der afrikanischen Glaubensgemeinschaften zu meint? Insgesamt eine eher milde Strafe für vorsätzliche Körperverletzung.

I`m a Norwegian and I can tell you that this is a very misleading headline.
The circumcision debate has been raging on and off for as long as I can remember. Lately it has been more intense for whatever reason. There is however no reason to believe that anything concrete, like a new law
will emerge from the debate. -
